Where are you guys based? Can we hire your team to other country beside your destination scheduled?

We are based in Kuala Lumpur of Malaysia. Yes you can either join our destination scheduled or have your own idea, other destinations and dates are available upon request.

Do you provide bridal gown or suit?

Yes, various options of bridal dress and suit for rent. For custom made gown, we have tied up with few bridal gown designers for recommendation.

When should we have our engagement portrait/pre-wed photography before the wedding?

6 - 10 months before, especially if you plan to have destination engagement portrait/pre-wed with prints.

Can we customize our package beside your options?

Yes, please share with us what do you have in mind.

Can we hire one photographer to capture intimate/emotive moments for our wedding beside our pristine photographer?

Yes you can, but we still prefer to work with our team for intimate of storytelling.

How long is your delivery of the edited photos/video?

Normally, photos takes 2 - 3 weeks and 2 - 5 weeks for video.

Can we have the RAW files beside edited photos/ video?

Sorry we don't provide RAW file for client.

What is your postpone, cancellation and refund policy for wedding day photo/video?

After the booking deposit is made, you can postpone your wedding for any reason without any additional charge of deposit, as long as we’re available on the rescheduled date. However, if we are not available, the deposit is non refundable. It would be great if you can check with us for our availability before you confirm the postponement. If you cancel your wedding, the deposit is non-refundable but you can transfer to other services :)
